This particular farm was chosen by Jack who visits this family twice a year to cup the lots and observe the harvests. This farm is extremely meticulous in processing its coffees and separates every lot on the estate. This coffee stood out as it exhibits an uncharacteristically high body for a Colombian. This coffee provides a balanced acidity, citrus notes with a sweet honey finish.
