The Ruggero Alfa is hand-made in Melbourne by a team of expert artisans.  From the hand-laid strong fibreglass shell, through to the decorative trim, each component has been forged from quality materials by hand, to form the unique shape.
Featuring PID technology on the multi boilers for precise temperature control and adjustment to satisfy the most discerning baristas.  Why not select from a range of upgrades to tailor this machine further to your needs and your style of coffee.  You can ‘Espress yourself’ with unlimited choice of colours from the Dulux or Pantone colour range.  Display your logo, #hashtag or your motto in the back-lit light box.  These are features that make the Ruggero Alfa a truly unique espresso machine.

Make the baristas day with Disavè’s very own intuitive shot timer upgrade.  Disavè’s intuitive shot timers not only time the extraction but support the barista by offering results after every shot is made as to whether it was perfect or slightly over or under extracted, so that they can make adjustments to the grinder for a better extraction next time.  Our shot timers are also capable of collecting daily performance stats via a USB connection to encourage staff to attain quality in every cup.  Contact us to discuss the features with our knowledgeable staff.
